What has gone wrong with Martin Lather's private interpretation of scripture.. The Roman Catholic Bible?? What went wrong??
How come there are not just 2 denominations the erroneous Catholics and their Popery and the sane Prots with their private interpretation??
What happened.
There should be millions of Gottis all under the same umbrella and making a huge impact on the world.
Taking a stance against Abortion, Artificial Birth Control. Defending the family. Against divorce, upholding the sanctity of marriage.. Why did Jesus bother with his first miracle if it was not to show that Marriage was important. Why did Jesus opt for his own water baptism if baptism was not necessary. Why did he ordain 12 and give them power to forgive and retain sins.
Why did Jesus not go chasing after the 58 who backslid in John 6 66??
Why ???
Why did they take the breaking of bread so seriously and not just gather round and listen to great teachers like Billy Graham?
Why did the early Church uphold the REAL Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist??
Why did the early church have a structure modelled on the Roman Empire with a Pyramid and the Emperor at the top and then lesser leaders all the way down to just the Laity like u and me?
Where does the Bible say that it is the sole authority??? Where which scripture??? 2 tim 3 16 does not say that..
You can blabber on about your Roman Catholic Bible and say how you follow it..
Have you forsaken all and given all your money to the poor and are now just following Jesus.??

Are you going into all the world living entirely by faith like Jesus commanded.

How do you know that while under torture to deny Christ as they remove one testicle after the other and then your fingers one by one that you will not deny Christ just to get them off your back.. Will you have no free choice under such circumstances or will your once saved always saved again which is not scriptural force you to be a martyr??? I don't think so.
Why does Jesus say to take up your cross every day when in your book which is not the Bible you do not have to do that??
I'm saved so all is OK I just sit back and Jesus does it all for me.
